My review of Antje Richter’s Letters and Epistolary Culture in Early Medieval China for The Historian is on line now.
Blackwell Publishing, the actual publisher of The Historian, requires full transfer of copyright in exchange for publication, and has complicated rules to allow authors to share copies of their work. Posting a copy on my own personal website before publication (as I have done) is permitted. But not until twelve months after publication can “the accepted version in the journal” be posted.
